Privacy policy
What GetYTMP3 collects, why, how long it is kept, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
If you sign in with Google we receive your email address, display name and profile picture, which is what identifies your downloads list. For each task we store the link you submitted, the quality you chose and the task's status. Our servers also keep ordinary web logs containing IP address, browser and timestamp.
Why we collect it
Account details let us show you your own downloads and nobody else's. Task records are what makes the list work and let us retry or report a failure. Logs are used to keep the service running, find bugs and stop abuse — nothing else.
How long we keep it
Downloaded files are deleted automatically once they pass their retention window, and the task record goes with them. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. Delete your account and the associated records go too.
Who else sees it
Sign-in is handled by Google, so their privacy policy covers that step. Finished files are held with a cloud storage provider on our behalf. Beyond those, we do not share, rent or sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its records by writing to [email protected]. Downloads you have already saved to your own device are yours and outside our control.
